VERSE FOR THE DAY
includes a particular Bible verse that matches the corresponding month and day of the year. Every book of the Bible is represented in this list and no Bible book is listed two times in a row. As a result, many popular verses that share the same reference, i.e. John 3:16, Colossians 3:16, 2 Timothy 3:16, may not be included in the list. This list also omits references with chapters higher than twelve and verses higher than thirty-one. However, this list also includes important passages that could easily be overlooked otherwise. These verses are copied from the New King James Version.
